Mr. Kasun Karunanayake is the Managing Partner of our law firm, offering a distinctive combination of legal and financial expertise. He holds an LL.B. (Hons.) from the University of Colombo and advanced international qualifications, including an LLM in Finance (Merit) from Cardiff Metropolitan University (UK), an MBA in Finance (Merit) from York St. John University (UK), is a CIMA (UK) Passed Finalist, and a Member of the Chartered Management Institute (UK). He serves clients across Sri Lanka and the United Kingdom.

Beyond practice, Mr. Karunanayake authored the Case Law Index and founded the Law For Knowledge YouTube channel, making complex legal issues accessible to the public.

Madhawa Weerasinghe is an Associate Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Sri Lanka (CA Sri Lanka), the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA – UK), and the Association of Accounting Technicians of Sri Lanka (AAT SL). He is also a Fellow Member of the Sri Lanka Institute of Taxation (FTII).

With over 15 years of experience across audit & assurance, business consultancy, financial management, and taxation, he has held key roles in leading audit firms and multinational enterprises. His expertise spans Assurance & Accounting Services, Financial Management, Taxation, and value-added business process outsourcing (BPO).
